Where We Deliver
We currently ship orders across Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders must be delivered to a valid Australian shipping address.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
There are no extra standard shipping fees added at checkout.
Delivery Details
Our estimated delivery timeframe includes order handling and transit time.
Handling Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–7 business days
Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
Orders placed before 11:00 PM AEST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses within one order.
If you would like to send products to different destinations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number has been issued.
If your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can assist you.
Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may sometimes occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, high order volume, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details.
If there is a delay with your order, our support team will help you check the status and find the best solution.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
